The Student will have the opportunity to withdraw without penalty within three business days following the regularly scheduled orientation procedures.
The application and enrollment fees paid by Students who withdraw will be refunded if requested within three days after signing an enrollment agreement or making an initial tuition payment.
If the Student requests cancellation more than three days after signing an enrollment agreement and making initial tuition payment, but prior to starting school, they are entitled to a refund of tuition paid, minus the enrollment and application fees.
